A Quick Update on Room to Bloom

The mission of Room to Bloom has always been to promote the beauty of adoption and to ascribe dignity to people with Down syndrome and other special needs. As we have moved into this work, the board and I have decided what the foundational actions are that we we will build everything else on: support organizations dedicated to orphan care and adoption advocacy, strengthen families who have children with special needs, and give voice to the vulnerable. From the bottom of my heart and on behalf of our board, I want to thank you for your overwhelming response. We have been amazed over these last couple months at the support you have shown; we are all so excited for the impact we can make together. We have stories coming this year that will crack open your heart: stories of normal everyday folks reaching into the dark corners of the world and shining the light and love of Jesus in the midst of the darkness and pain. You will be inspired to shine the light in your own corner of the world.
